Effective Measure (www.effectivemeasure.com), the regions leading provider of audience measurement services and technology, today announced the expansion of its global office footprint, with the establishment of a regional headquarters in the UAE.
A dramatic increase in demand for the company’s products and services necessitated a move to setup the new office, and the expansion of its local team, with the announcement that Brendon Ogilvy would be taking on the newly created role of Regional Director for MENA.
The announcements came as Effective Measure further strengthened its position as the region’s standard for online audience measurement with the signing of leading publishers ITP, 7Days and Al Bawaba.
Speaking today about the announcements, Effective Measure CEO, Scott Julian, said he was confident that these announcements demonstrate the speed at which key players in the industry are throwing their support behind Effective Measure.

Julian.
Effective Measure’s system of measurement is unique in providing publishers and advertisers with more insight than ever before into the demographic make up of websites’ audiences. These insights are calculated from an opted in sample of over 75,000 people.
