Our client are the world’s largest Commercial Real Estate advisory firm with offices worldwide. They are now looking for a Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator to join their Dubai team. 

 
The role will involve working closely with the different departments locally as well as communicating with the Marketing Department in London. Solely responsible for all regional communication you will be dealing with media and all internal and external marketing materials locally. Full creative support will be provided from the London office as will standard marketing material. The role here is to adapt and incorporate the regional message into the material. 
 
With at least five years previous marketing or communications in house or agency experience, ideally in the Property industry. The successful candidate will have a relevant degree and knowledge of the local market and marketing practices in the region. Requirements
Our client is looking for an experienced all round marketeer who will assist in all areas of communication of the brand on a part time basis. This will include general PR, brochures, events, B2B communication and marketing. As this is not a typical role, our client is looking for someone who is very flexible and will in fact help create the job description. This is a position that can be done for several days every week or 5 mornings each week. 
 
You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You need to be creative, able to work on your own initiative, manage marketing projects and manage tight deadlines.
