آ Reporting to the Managing Directorآ you willآ manage all aspects of marketing of the distributor function of AFM.آ
This is a key position forآ Al Futtaim Motors, where you will be expected to develop and deliver marketing and consumer strategies to support retail business to achieve profitability and Customer Service objectives. In addition you will strive to manage the Toyota marketing team who are to provide full marketing mix support to the relevant AFM brand within the marketing budget andآ manage the marketing interaction with the principal Toyota Motor Corporation to ensure long term mutually beneficial relationship.آ
Additional responsibilities will include:
* Develop the strategic marketing programme for AFM
* Develop and Deliver integrated campaigns to support retail and fleet division profit and volume objectives.
* Manage marketing budget, ensuring efficiency of spend.آ آ
* Develop and deliver launch activities for the brand.آ Launch activities to be to consumers, media and internal sales personnel
* Manage TMC marketing support.آ Ensure correct administration of marketing claims to TMC to ensure maximum reimbursement from TMC
You will be theآ central and responsible player in communication of the relevant AFM brand message in the UAE.آ The effective communication of the message is critical to the ultimate success of the brand in terms of both volume and GP in the short and long term to provide the retail division with a seamless integrated customer journey.آ آ
You will liaise and interact with a number of other stakeholders, notably; GMASCO (the Group communications agency), the relevant GM of that brand, the product team of the brand and the brand sales teams to ensure all possible synergies are realised.
Requirements
* Degree qualified in Marketing or commercial/business management discipline
* At least 10 years experience in a senior marketing automotive position
* International experience is an advantage
* Experience in both importer and manufacturer roles an advantage
* GCC experience is preferred
* Commercial awareness/ acumen
* Strong Leadership skills
* Business relationship management experience

Our offerings include every aspect of 360o integrated marketing communications, in traditional and new media formats.We are currently looking to recruit aآ Digital Account Managerآ to work from our Dubai office.آ Reporting to Strategic Planning Manager & Head of E-Business, your main role will be to proactively manage the day to day client's digital and online requirements of Group Businesses and efficiently manage internal relationships. This role will involve responsibilities such as: Establishing the Foundation:
* Attain a good understanding of GMASCO and its work processes, Al-Futtaim business and international brands portfolio.
* Ensure increase in revenue and profitability by understanding client's terms of business.آ
* Follow systematic administration procedures such as: management of job records, efficient filing system, accuracy in estimation, timely billing of jobs and managing any financial query on assigned clients.
Digital Client Management:
* Provide day-to-day contact with key client personnel, develop and maintain a close and productive relationship and acting with integrity at all times.
* Ensure client requests are dealt with promptly and that expectations are managed in terms of speed, delivery and quality.
* Always aim towards adding value to client needs.
* Understand and be able to articulate the role of digital media solutions in communications planning.
* Write internal briefs using specified Agency documentation and procedures.
* Identify and deal with problems as they arise, professionally.
* Attend creative brief meetings when necessary.
Design and Development Relationship Management:
* Manage the internal digital creative briefing process. Ensure the interactive Design Team has the relevant information and materials required to deliver the best creative product. * Understand what consumer insight, product information and competitor understanding in order to provide value to the creative design process.
* Demonstrate the ability to work with the Design Team to construct Information Architecture if and when required for building websites/microsites.
* Judge creative design ideas to enhance quality and screen information for factual accuracy and relevance to brief.
* Manage the creative production schedule and monitor costs on a regular basis to ensure all activity is delivered on time and budget.
* Demonstrate good understanding and experience of managing the process of technical backend development of websites/microsites/multimedia campaigns.
* Develop good working relationships with relevant team members from the technical development team to manage the design production and development process and ensure adherence to timescales, budget and quality standards.
Requirements آ To apply for this role you must have the following skills and experiences: * Educated to graduate level or equivalent. * Good English and Arabic language skills - written and spoken. * At least 3 years experience in an interactive design agency or multimedia environment in a similar role. * Strong background in Information Technology or Digital Media and Multimedia Industry. * Knowledge of online technology and terminology. * Knowledge and contacts of reliable digital/multimedia services suppliers (design and development) within the UAE Market. The services suppliers will need to match the security standards of Al Futtaim Group. * Demonstrate strong ability to negotiate with external suppliers to subcontract projects, when required. * Previous experience in implementing Search Engine Optimisation, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Strategies, Integrated Web Campaign, Online Games, Promotions, Mobiles Apps..(1-2 years) * Must have either Project Management or Assistant Project Management experience in creation of websites/microsites/multimedia projects and innovative integrated online campaigns (1-2 years)
