We are currently looking to recruit a Digital Account Manager to work from our Dubai office.  Reporting to Strategic Planning Manager & Head of E-Business, your main role will be to proactively manage the day to day client's digital and online requirements of Group Businesses and efficiently manage internal relationships.

Establishing the Foundation: 
• Attain a good understanding of GMASCO and its work processes, Al-Futtaim business and international brands portfolio. 
• Ensure increase in revenue and profitability by understanding client's terms of business.

management of job records, efficient filing system, accuracy in estimation, timely billing of jobs and managing any financial query on assigned clients. 
 
Digital Client Management: 
• Provide day-to-day contact with key client personnel, develop and maintain a close and productive relationship and acting with integrity at all times. 
• Ensure client requests are dealt with promptly and that expectations are managed in terms of speed, delivery and quality. 
• Always aim towards adding value to client needs. 
• Understand and be able to articulate the role of digital media solutions in communications planning. 
• Write internal briefs using specified Agency documentation and procedures. 
• Identify and deal with problems as they arise, professionally. 
• Attend creative brief meetings when necessary. 
 
Design and Development Relationship Management: 
• Manage the internal digital creative briefing process. Ensure the interactive Design Team has the relevant information and materials required to deliver the best creative product. 
• Understand what consumer insight, product information and competitor understanding in order to provide value to the creative design process. 
• Demonstrate the ability to work with the Design Team to construct Information Architecture if and when required for building websites/microsites. 
• Judge creative design ideas to enhance quality and screen information for factual accuracy and relevance to brief. 
• Manage the creative production schedule and monitor costs on a regular basis to ensure all activity is delivered on time and budget. 
• Demonstrate good understanding and experience of managing the process of technical backend development of websites/microsites/multimedia campaigns. 
• Develop good working relationships with relevant team members from the technical development team to manage the design production and development process and ensure adherence to timescales, budget and quality standards.

About You:

• Educated to graduate level or equivalent.

* Communication - communicate with the other SPVs located on the property along with group brands (and not limited to) as well as residential and retail tenants and visitors to DFC
* Market Research & Intelligence - ensure that competitor research on like properties in Qatar and potentially UAE and GCC is accounted for, together with general retail news that could impact on DHFC brand (leasing / retail / development / RERA / government regulations updates etc).
* Market research to determine requirements for new business
* Website / Online Digital Activation - Ensure at all times that the DHFC website is up to date, takes into account new technologies & trends and builds the strategy
* Public Relations - working together with the PR Manager to promote and create newsworthy items to increase the AVE and awareness of DFC within the media
* Measurement - ensure all marketing activities are trackable and measured to review ROI
* Cross Promotions - working with group brands to further ROI, reach and effectiveness of spend and not limited to group brands, but also to identify tenants or external companies

* Develop and deliver launch activities for the brand.آ  Launch activities to be to consumers, media and internal sales personnel
