Overview

This award winning, multi-national Agency is looking for Online Community Manager to ensure active and engaged social communities (Facebook, twitter, YouTube, Google+, Tumblr) for their offices in both Pakistan and Morocco. 

 

The Role

The Community Manager will create and manage editorial content calendars, monitoring online conversations and participate in those conversations to build product visibility. Furthermore they will be responsible for:

• Posting content for feeds and prompt discussion by writing Facebook Status Updates, Tweets, Blog posts, in alignment with global/local strategy

• Manage page operations including themes/skin/layout changes

• Identify and engage influencers within the social community to ignite dialogue

• Cultivate a social presence and activate community groups for product divisions

• Respond and manage user comments

• Pull and Interpret data based on analytics reports as well as highlight key findings from social media forums.

Requirements

The Person

• Must be digitally savvy and actively participate in a wide variety of social media activities

• Understand the design, functionality and typical users of popular social networks

• Excellent Writing Skills

• Passion for technology and social guru

• Must speak English as well as the local language (Morocco-Arabic)
