The Role
Key Focus of the Role:
The company is an established media services company specialising in the development and operation of Digital Out-Of-Home networks. Considered a pioneer in the Middle East Digital Out-Of-Home industry, our services stand out in quality on an international stage. The company operates two Digital Out-Of-Home networks, one in the tourism industry and the other in prominent free zones in Dubai, and is in the process of launching a third in the first quarter of 2012.
The company is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the advertising sales function of all media products.
Some of the responsibilities are:
• Develop and present strategic revenue initiatives and opportunities to advertising agencies and direct clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers to sell new advertising programs.
• Create sales materials including media kits.
• Conceptualize sales strategies to address client needs.
• Generate accurate and timely reports on sales activity and performance.
• Conduct market research to determine current trends and monitor & analyze competitors.
• Building and managing a sales team.
• Contributing to the ongoing creative and strategic development of existing and new products.
Skills
• Posses strong contacts within advertising agencies and directly with a wide range of advertisers in the U.A.E.
• A minimum of 3-5 years in media sales within U.A.E.
• Experience in the out-of-home media industry and particularly digital out-of-home media highly desirable.
• Technically savvy and proficient with sophisticated advertising programs and delivery methods.
• Proven experience building a sales function within small company environments.
• Self starter and able to work under extremely tight deadlines.
• Outstanding social and communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Car and UAE driving license.

Key accountabilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate sales goals
• Constantly review the market to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount rates
• Approach key direct clients, MBUs (media buying units/companies) and other related agencies
• Develop and deliver sales presentations to key clients and MBUs
• Meet with key clients; maintain relationships and negotiate and close deals
• Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volumes, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
• Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business
• Prospects active and inactive accounts both independently and jointly with appropriate staff as prioritized by management
• Meet regularly with top management to review /coordinate sales efforts to ensure continued focus and success in meeting and exceeding individual and company sales targets

Multiply are looking for an experienced Media Sales Manager for the newly established Cineplex and Outdoor media entity in Abu Dhabi. This is a challenging and rewarding position. The ideal candidate should be presentable with strong contacts within the MBUs and key clients.
