Al Jabbar Internet Group has announced that remaining sister companies of Maktoob Group that weren't part of the Yahoo! deal will group together under the 'Jabbar Internet Group' which will be managed by Samih Toukan, one of the two original co-founders of Maktoob.

Sister companies within the Maktoob Group which are: Souq.com, CashU, Tahadi, Araby and the newly acquired E-marketing MENA (which will be rebranded to Ikoo) that are not part of the deal, will continue to operate under the group's umbrella.
